We are searching for WA’s fittest teenager! Fittest in WA is a year 7 to 12 high school one day fitness competition. Following the 10 general physical skills definition of fitness we have built 4 fitness tests that will crown the fittest teen in WA.
The 2025 fittest teenagers have been found! Our 2026 registration will open soon!
LOCATION: SOUTH COAST BAPTIST COLLEGE
TIME: 18th September 2026
COST: $60 (INCLUDES SHIRT)
While this competition does seek to find the fittest in WA, we still have scaling options for students so that everyone will be able to compete, no matter what your capability. Below is a movement list for students to practice so that they will not be surprised on the day, but we cannot tell you how many reps or what combination you may see these movements.
